A Class-A+ building completely renovated by Kevlar in 2003 after having been vacant for nearly ten years. This project helped trigger the revitalization of the St-Roch district. Located in the downtown area that’s also home to the Centre national des nouvelles technologies, these renovated spaces attracted many prestigious tenants, among them CGI and Le Soleil newspaper.
